REFUND & RETURN POLICY

KHUSSHI ENTERPRISES / KHUSSHI SYNDICATE follows a strict return and refund policy.

Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged products, incorrect items delivered, or verified quality issues. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.

Products that are used, opened, customized, or part of private label or bulk/export orders are not eligible for return or refund unless specifically agreed in writing.

All return requests are subject to verification and approval. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days through the original payment method.

Shipping charges for returns may be borne by the customer unless the issue is caused from our side.

For bulk and export orders, terms are governed strictly by prior agreements. Standard return policies do not apply.

We reserve the right to reject any return or refund request that does not meet the above conditions.
